Acomplia is a Multifunctional Diet Pill




Weight loss is perhaps the most talked topic of late. Its not only considered as a problem but medical science mark it as an epidemic. Diet Food Doesn’t Have To Be Boring!






Not too long ago, my mother and I were talking about food and diets. "Your grandmother used to feed you pasta five nights a week," my mother insisted.

"She did not!" I exclaimed, stung. After all, I remembered my grandmother as a wonderfully varied cook who could make anything taste wonderful. She served all sorts of meals, not just pasta! Masalah Ketiak Hitam


Isu ketiak basah memang menjadi konflik kebiasaan untuk golongan muda baik perempuan mahupun lelaki. Bau? Sudah tentu tetapi MURSHID EUNOS ingin berkongsi cara untuk mengelakkan masalah ketiak hitam yang boleh membuatkan keyakinan diri jatuh menjunam.
Mengikut kajian rambang dan meneliti kebanyakan artikel dalam material rujukan khusus buat remaja, masalah ketiak hitam acap kali membelenggu golongan gadis dan jumlah sangat sikit kepada golongan lelaki. 
Muka cantik dengan gaya menggoda, badan ramping dengan potongan menggiurkan tapi sayangnya, sesetengah daripada mereka yang tidak selesa kerana dibelenggu masalah kesan hitam di ketiak.

Penggunaan deodoran yang tidak sesuai serta penggunaan tidak tepat antara punca berlakunya masalah ketiak hitam dan tona kulit tidak sekata. Bagi yang mempunyai kulit sensitif, kandungan di dalam deodoran boleh menyebabkan masalah kulit seperti merengsa dan sebagainya. 

Sisa deodoran yang tidak dibersihkan dan bercampur dengan peluh dikhuatiri mengundang bakteria hingga menyebabkan ketiak menjadi hitam dan lebam. Tapi kepada golongan wanita yang hamil, ia juga disebabkan oleh perubahan hormon dan genetik. 

Kaedah bercukur yang tidak betul akan menyebabkan kulit terluka dan meninggalkan parut. Penggunaan alat pencukur yang tidak bersih dikatakan juga faktor yang menggalakkan pembiakan bakteria dan ketiak menjadi gelap.

Malah perlu diingatkan, ketiak boleh menjadi hitam kerana pakaian yang ketat terutama di bahagian lengan. Pergeseran antara ketiak dan baju membuatkan bahagian ini tidak selesa. Tapi itulah fesyen yang digemari kebanyakan golongan gadis, barulah ‘trend’ pakai baju yang ketat.

Bukan sekadar mencari kaedah rawatan atau penyelesaian tetapi anda juga mesti mengetahui punca berlakunya masalah ini. Ia akan membantu anda memahami, mencegah dan mengatasi masalah dengan cara yang tepat.

Sental tubuh dengan ‘scrub’ khas bagi menanggalkan sel mati dan menghilangkan daki serta parut selain elakkan menyembur minyak wangi di bawah ketiak, perbuatan ini menggalakkan pembiakan bakteria apabila peluh bercampur dengan pewangi. 

Kebanyakan gadis gemar menyembur pewangi pada ketiak kononnya untuk memastikan ia kekal wangi tapi itu adalah kaedah yang salah kerana tidak sesuai dan penggunaannya akan menyebabkan pengumpulan bakteria yang menggelapkan bahagian ketiak.

Petua tradisional

Ada cara lain untuk mengelakkan ketiak hitam dan berkarat. Ikutlah langkah membuang peristiwa ngeri ini daripada hidup anda dengan mengikut langkah secara tradisional.


1. Limau + kapur sirih 

Perah sebiji limau nipis dan campurkan dengan sedikit kapur sirih. Sapukan di bawah ketiak dan biarkan selama 15 minit sebelum dicuci dengan air bersih. Lakukan tiga kali seminggu.


2. Buah betik 

Parut buah betik yang hampir masak sehingga halus. Letakkan ramuan ini di ketiak selepas anda mandi dan biarkan selama beberapa minit. Bilas dengan air, lakukan secara kerap, anda pasti berpuas hati dengan hasilnya.


3. Sirih + beras 

Kisar segenggam beras sehingga halus. Kemudian tumbuk beberapa helai daun sirih sehingga lumat. Campurkan kedua-dua bahan tadi dan kacau sehingga sebati. Sebelum mandi, lumurkan dulu campuran sirih dan beras tadi ke seluruh tubuh badan terutama di bahagian ketiak dan celah paha. Kemudian gosok-gosokkan ia dengan perlahan sehingga semua bahan yang dilumur tanggal daripada badan. Petua ini bukan saja menjadikan kulit badan anda halus, malah ia juga akan membantu menanggalkan daki dan kesan hitam.

Memutih sebelum waktu


Melihat muka di cermin dengan keadaan rambut yang semakin memutih, membuatkan mereka berasa rendah diri dan malu untuk berjumpa rakan-rakan, khususnya bagi remaja lelaki. Kalau perempuan yang bertudung, bolehlah selindung dan sorok masalah rambut itu. Bagaimana pula kalau yang tidak bertudung?
Perkara ini membuatkan remaja runsing apabila dikatakan sudah tua hanya kerana uban di kepala. Apakah penyebab utama yang membuatkan mereka tumbuh uban? Ada cara untuk atasi masalah uban ini?
Keturunan adalah punca utama terjadinya masalah tumbuh uban ketika usia muda. Kalau ada ahli keluarga sama ada ayah atau emak yang mempunyai uban sewaktu muda, kebarangkalian anak-anak untuk beruban juga tinggi.

Gen yang berpengaruh dalam tubuh badan seseorang itu akan menyebabkan tumbuhnya uban lalu menyebabkan rambut yang hitam bertukar keputihan. Ramai yang alami kini dan membuatkan mereka rasa bimbang keadaan itu.


Kekurangan vitamin B juga adalah punca kepada tumbuhnya uban pada rambut kerana vitamin B adalah sumber penting kepada kesihatan rambut manusia terutama buat mereka yang masih muda.


Kurangnya vitamin B dalam tubuh badan, akan menyebabkan terjadinya pigmen pada rambut mereka. Kepentingan vitamin B juga dapat menjaga keseimbangan air dalam tubuh badan, membantu penyerapan lemak dalam usus dan membantu dalam kestabilan metabolisme badan.

Bagi mengatasi masalah rambut beruban ini, remaja boleh mengambil banyak makanan seperti beras merah, kuning telur, susu, jantung dan hati ayam, gandum dan kacang hijau untuk menambahkan vitamin B dalam badan terutamanya kepada kesihatan rambut.

Merokok juga penyebab kepada rambut beruban dengan cepat kerana kandungan nikotin di dalam darah yang cenderung menghapuskan zat dan gizi yang diperlukan dalam rambut.

Stres atau tekanan perasaan juga boleh menyebabkan uban tumbuh. Tekanan menyebabkan vitamin B berkurangan dalam badan, sekali gus menyebabkan uban tumbuh. Namun jangan terlalu bimbang kerana keadaan itu akan kembali normal semula jika tahap stres anda dapat dikawal dengan baik.

Perkara ini sering terjadi kepada kebanyakan remaja lelaki yang memang malas menjaga rambut. Apabila rambut beruban, nak salahkan siapa? Bila tumbuh uban baru menyesal dan kecoh nak buat rawatan rambut yang menelan belanja yang agak mahal.

When it comes to the Atkins diet, your success will lie in your planning. Making sure you have the proper foods on hand when you begin your diet will go a long way toward your ongoing weight loss. Roughly 10,000 years ago the last Ice Age finished. Within a couple thousands years of the ice sheet retreating, farming started up again and new foods evolved to be the mainstay they are in today's weight loss diet. This new weight loss diet, called Neolithic, had an immediate effect on individual health. Skeletons of Neolithic farmers show poor nourishment compared to the previous generations of Neanderthals.
